Jack and his team do outstanding work!! We are really enjoying our new mini split AC system for our garage. The whole experience was flawless. I had excellent communication with Jack from the start, and I really appreciated the upfront and very competitive pricing. On install day, he and his team were prompt and very professional. All of the wiring work and drainage setup was top notch. Jack has an eye for the details and made sure his guys kept everything tidy. Jack and his son William installed 5 Mitsubishi ductless wall units in our home last year, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Not only did they do an amazing job of install, with tons of attention to detail, but the respect they showed for our home and the quality of work is beyond compare. Just this past week we had them back out to install an exhaust fan in our master bath, and once again they proved they are the best in town at what they do; no wonder they are currently the only Mitsubishi Diamond contractor in Dallas. Jack and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the A/C units and gas furnaces at my townhome with all-electric Mitsubishi air-source heat pumps. We used all of the existing ductwork and love the new equipment – super-efficient and improved comfort. Jack is great to work with. Jack came out on a Saturday morning (how many contractors do that?) to give me an estimate. Within a half-hour he had explained everything to me. He gave full information and answered all my questions. We set a time for the next Tuesday

Jack and crew showed up this morning when he said he would be here. He and his crew of 3 young men got to work right away. It took about 3 hours to install my new ductless unit. They were very neat and tidy. They cleaned up after they were done. Once finished, Jack explained how everything worked and showed me how to use the remote.
