The main problem for the customer was how to cool their room over the garage? The bonus room was always too hot because it was far from the conventional air conditioning system.

The Bonus Room Design
The Bonus room in this house had small attic areas located behind the walls. This allowed us to route refrigerant lines inconspicuously down to a first floor soffit.
The Installation
The new indoor mini split ac unit was installed on the East wall in the corner of the room, out of sight. The outdoor unit was installed on the East wall concealed by landscaping. An air conditioning system consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit connected by refrigerant pipe and electric cable, which enter the home through a small hole in the wall.
