The Design
The customer contacted Benchmark Service to evaluate their new Lake House for comfort issues. We had worked with them in the past on other projects and they were familiar with the power of a Mitsubishi HVAC System. The home had a new, well-installed conventional system, but it wasn’t sized correctly for the space and the fact this is a Lake House that will have lots of activity.
The Benefits
Adding the 2-ton Mitsubishi gives the home the cooling power it needs on those hot and humid Texas weekends without increased noise or energy usage.
