Jack and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the A/C units and gas furnaces at my townhome with all-electric Mitsubishi air-source heat pumps. Jack is great to work with. Jack came out on a Saturday morning (how many contractors do that?) to give me an estimate. Within a half-hour he had explained everything to me. He gave full information and answered all my questions. We set a time for the next Tuesday
Jack and crew showed up this morning when he said he would be here. He and his crew of 3 young men got to work right away. It took about 3 hours to install my new ductless unit. They were very neat and tidy. They cleaned up after they were done. Once finished, Jack explained how everything worked and showed me how to use the remote.
