The Design
The homeowners searched for an air conditioning system for a garage and found Benchmark Service, the #1 Diamond Elite Mitsubishi Dealer in North Texas. Jack Schmidt of Benchmark Service met with the homeowners who owns a Ferrari car and evaluated the space for the best possible placement and equipment sizing for the space based on the garage door orientation and space insulation. The Installation
The center of the east wall was chosen as the optimal installation location for the indoor unit as it provided access to the attic for the line sets to be run discreetly to the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit was installed near the existing conventional air conditioning equipment for the home. The MHK1 wireless control was chosen as an optional wall-mounted thermostat in order to provide automatic heating and cooling temperature set point range.
The Benefits
